Impossible to cancel my account

I've decided to register with nethostassn and that I desire to stop my consideration but there's no-where for me personally to do this and that I have now been studying that they're a fraud and that I terminated my website but its still there and that I am unsure whats likely to occur. They've billed me for that register charge and yet after I visit there website icant find everywhere to register or something.
