Endangered Pending Lawsuit

I've obtained a phone from an Indian guy (Chris White) from below before so when I named him in yesteryear I requested hello to deliver me anything written down regarding this legal issue. I told him I had been conscious of my consumer-rights which is illegitimate for him to jeopardize me with such lawsuits. He put up. Today, I'm getting calls at the office from these a-openings. A Rebecca Hudson named and quit a note with my chef - not fun. I easily named the amount back and got exactly the same Indian guy from before. I requested greater than a several occasions exactly what the call was regarding and he explained (after he obtained my authorization to report the phone call) that it had been from US Cash Loan and there is a pending suit against me. I told him I've yet to get something within the email regarding this suit. He offered me the scenario document variety to this "suit" but I adopted with, "1: what lawyer is that this, since I'm conscious that you simply can't prosecute me if you don't really are a law office that's within the same condition as me. 2: Why have I not obtained something written down regarding this debt 3: Are you conscious friend that you're in breach of the FTCPA and can't threaten me with lawsuits until they're accurate?
