Gross over charging, poor workmanship & not submitting claim to insurance co for payment

Forced by Dental PA Delray into obtaining a CareCredit charge card for $1,600 (I'm today about the catch for $1,600.) to protect a dental process that price $430. (my co pay) had the state been posted to my CIGNA Dental insurance policy. Major over-charge, state never posted to insurance company, no dialogue of dental process and also the enamel broke and dropped out exactly the same week.
