Lack of communication

Years back after I was 19 I acquired financing through UAC to get a little over 10k. Labels and fees was suppose to become included in to the mortgage plus they explained it'd be however in the finish it wasnt. I had been never ready to obtain the vehicle in my own title because of insufficient resources. About six months after I acquired the vehicle i dropped my work and shifted. Recommended them I'd perform a voluntary surrender of the vehicle. They sent me paperwork to signal but after reading it-they needed me to begin spending about the quantity due each month immediately. They needed me to pay for significantly more than my monthly obligations at that. Easily cant spend my monthly obligations why might i provide them with my vehicle and spend them more each month. I acquired an attorny and he named them, spoke to them plus they named him an asshole and hung-up on him. They repoed my vehicle and offered it. Because than I've not obtained one-letter or telephone call from their website. A couple of years before I examined my credit history and given that they offered my vehicle they've been getting me nearly $200 per month for non payment. I believe by at this time my credit history state i owe nearly 17k. Its the only real damaging factor on my credit history and that I have tried calling for that previous 24 months and obtain aimed to some voicemail where no body ACTUALLY calls me back. They department I origanially visited shut. Today im calling 800 numbers and obtaining the run-around. Im currently along the way of talking with another lawyer to determine my choices. Does anybody have any recommendations?
