They claim we never payed them off back in 2005 which we did i send it western union. Then they claimed we still owe and cuz of interest they increased the amount owed which they lied i called and the man i spoke to in the las vegas department was rude and cuzzed at me which was un called for i recorded the conversation i aske for his supervisor and she was worse and they were both laughing and were so unperfesional i will and shes a superviser her name was shiela edmunds i payed the amount and no body apologize"s

This company has screwed us over before and we were so stupid to continue with this company! It is sad that our soldiers are fighting for our country when people like this can get away with screwing the military families over and they are for the military banks and loans! What kind off democracy is this these people should be stopped and fired for speaking to others with these ugly atitudes as they have and the nerve they have as yelling on the phone at me or others like me. I will go to the news about this i rcorded the conversation i have proof of how these people handle there customers..!!
