I am scared to death after reading these reports!

After I became unable to make my mortgage payment due to IRS levies against my retirement, my wages, and my property, I tried to work with this company to do a "loan modification." My experience has been unbelievable trying to talk to these people on the phone.

I am lucky that I found your website and read some of your complaints so I know what to watch for now that my application has been denied; they are now mailing me a "ocwen loan modification packet" (which is supposed to be in-house), but no one can tell me what the qualifications are for this... So do I dare go down this road? They already have EVERY bit of personal information in my life because I had no idea till I came upon this website that I was dealing with such a crooked company.

I am literally sick to my stomach and scared to death! I am now three months behind, but I was told if I send my March payment within ten days via Moneygram that there will be no foreclosure proceedings. Then I read all of your complaints...

Is this America or not?

(plus I am dealing with them about an insurance claim and that is another ball of sticky wax...)
