H&R Block - Incorrect information regarding costs

Walk in on 5/2 and talk with the owner about filing my taxes for the last four years. I was quoted the price of $99 with the understanding that if she had to do more the price would increase. Returned on 5/9 and only filed three years... TOTAL $328.00 for 75 minutes of her punching numbers into a computer, using 6 staples, 4 envelopes and 37 pieces of paper. HUH!!!??? Really!!!??? I walked out only paying $99 but it wasn't pleasant as she walked away and let me deal with her husband after he was already yelling at her for not turning on a computer so he could print something. Yikes!
