Man called said his name was Mark McDonald, with a law firm that represents American Cash Net. Said that if I didn't repay loan that they would come to Florida and file suit and criminal charges against me. I tried to locate the funds they said they deposited, not such deposite ever made.

American cash net and Mark McDonald from law firm could only give me a routing number, why not an account number, because no deposit of $300 dollars was ever made.
