Harassing calls to family after one late payment

I'm a CPS customer who was having some hardships and was a month late on a payment. I contacted CPS and was told it wasn't a major issue and could be worked out, but I've received harassing calls, and so have my family and girlfriend. CPS bamboozled me into insane interest rates as well as making my life hell for several months.
