James Herbert Complete Rip off

I was looking to raise capital to purchase property in the United States. I was contacted by Mr. Herbert, who agreed to raise a PPM for me. He informed me that he would require cash up front in order to draft the PPM, he would then approach different groups in order to raise the cash for me.

After several months of asking, a PPM was eventually delivered. It was poorly put together, left out several significant details and was not well done at all.

After sending back a draft, the PPM was then sent out to 'investors' - none of whom showed any interest what so ever. About this time, James stopped replying to emails, no matter how scathing. Why would he? He already had the cash.

James is a rip off artist, his company is also bogus. Don't do business with him.
