Bad owner and manage

My partner and that I have now been hiring a storage device out of this organization since June. Someday within the drop of 2008 the dog owner, Robert Langston, called me to I would like to understand there is new administration. I told him I'd previously delivered him a check as normal, never late possibly but he couldn't locate it and suggested me to stop it, which charge me $34.00 and deliver another with late fees. Used to donot believe I had a need to include late charges because it wasn't my problem the check got dropped. But I did so anyways and so I wouldn't shed my possessions when I was living outofstate in the time. Then, in November. I realized that my look for that month hadn't been banked yet and so I named THE BRAND NEW supervisor and he dropped the check and stated he'd contact me when he discovered it. Following a couple of days passed, I named him and he explained he discovered it within the base of the cabinet.in the same period, he advised me he inadvertently slice the lock-off of my device, it was suppose to get been another unit. He informed me nothing was removed and he set another lock-on there. Mind you, Iam outofstate with another person in a position to enter my unit. I informed the supervisor to truly have the operator phone me and he explained he would. Now it's 2011 and Iam in Arizona where I create my funds personally but still from 2009 so far I've requested for that operator to contact me. I had been advised to deliver a contact about my grievances and also the operator might return with me. That never occurred. However now I no further have that storage anymore but I'm likely to prosecute the organization when I have experienced issues stolen plus some CAn't be changed because they were products my child designed for me like a kid who's now dead. All of the operator needed to do was contact me and we're able to been employed by anything out, I am sure. But because he did not I am suing. Poor possession and incredibly poor supervisor as he is alone who'd a vital previously. Don't use the corporation.
