Ripoff, bad business practices, harassment, harassing phone calls even on sunday. Old debt

This company calls me every other day which i can prove through cell phone records about a vehicle that i purchased over 10 years ago. The vehicle was driven off the dealership lot by me and i got about a mile down the road and smashed into the back of a pickup truck because the brakes did not function properly. I drove it back to the dealership and returned it and got my old car back and waked away. No company has ever called me about this in 10 years until about 7 months ago they started calling me saying i owe 7800.00 dollars for the vehicle. So at this point i have contacted one of the attorneys off this website and are in the process of filing a lawsuit againt them.
