Billed for Credit Card Account Cancelled in 2003

These crooks are trying to collect on bill I don't owe. I cancelled my account with them in 2003 and they still keep on billing me. I tried talking to them but it like talking to retards. They threatened to send my bill to collections. I told them if you mess with my credit I will sued your asses.
Are there any class action lawsuits being filed against them for there fraudulent business practices? If there is will somebody let me know? Thank you
