Leland Gold They lied about their commission and refused to refund my money - And they are unlicensed

I opened an account with this firm after seeing them on Fox news and talking with one of their investment advisors. I was told I would be charged a flat 12% and it covered my storage and handling of my metals in their leverage account and i would then purchase 30,000 in precious metal with the 10,000 i was investing. I didn't think $1,200 was such a bad fee considering godl and silver are hard assets. What I was not told i found out when i got my account statement.

They really charged me $3,600 because they charged me on all of the metal i purchased not what i invested, but when my rep sold me the deal he told me i would only be charged 1,200 not 3,600. They also charged me a $200 account fee so in total i was charged 38% commission to open an account with these scoundrels. How can you sell someone an investment of $10,000 and leave them with $6,200 the very next day and tell them it's an investment. The worst thing is gold went down so my account was only valued at 5,500 when i got my first statement.

When i called him on it, he lied to me. I complained to his boss and his boss actually said, there was nothing he could do, which is a lie because you can always refund a customer's money. Then he told me, well at least gold is up now and your account is up 3%. Again, another lie. My acount was still down 30% from my initial investment. Then he gave me this theory how gold was going to hit $7,000. I can't believe i trusted these people.

The people at Leland Gold are crooks - they lie about their fees to get you in and screw you. Don't trust them. If you going to buy gold go someplace honest like. They only charge commission of like 4% not the 40% you see at gold line and leland.

Sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company. Plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome.
