FNBO They charged a fee for early termination even though I fulfilled my contract with them, Rudest people I have ever dealt with

I have done business with this company for three years and my contract date was up in March. I called and was told the cancellation was finished and that there were no early termination fees. They charged 250.00 anyway and took it out of my account. When I called, I was connected to the rudest bitch (sorry, only word I could think of to describe her) I have ever dealt with in a business matter. She just said with a smirk that it was taken directly out and there wasn't anything I could do.
After researching this company, I am surprised I couldn't find any Class action law suits against them.
I am onboard now and have contacted attorneys for this - if there are any Class action suits pending, I will repost or re-report.
