I always mail in my payments on time, but am always being charged a "late fee". I owe more now than the loan was originally for!

Theres a phone number listed on the statement, but you can never talk to a real person. Theres an option that say, to speak with a representative press "0", but when you hit it they give you their mailing address.

I was told my loan would be paid off in 2 years. It will be 3 years this April.

Gateway is the one that referred me to FCNB for a loan. They are just as much at fault. I feel bad for all the other people that have fallen into this "trap"
