Principal Reduction Contract

I'm Ronald Hudson, my spouse Carolyn and that I obtained a mailer from Sterling Shared someday in January providing to obtain us a mortgage decrease if we were inverted on our present mortgage, which we were. We got a scheduled appointment and visited view them. On 3/2 we gave them a check for $6000.00 and were told that if they were successful our mortgage would be reduced from approximately $240K down to approximately $135K based on the current value of our house. We were also informed when these were unable to obtain the decrease then we'd lose $1800.00 of the $6000.00 that they might maintain due to their costs and also the outstanding $4200.00 could be delivered to us. They pulled it along for around 10 weeks informing people these were focusing on it. Subsequently in January we obtained a notice from Sterling Shared, authorized by Brian Cutright, detailing they were not able to acquire the mortgage reduction. Contained in the notice was a look for $2332.30. He described they didn't not need the entire sum due people within their consideration at this time but he would be placing extra resources from their own cash in to the organization which we're able to anticipate a check "prior to the to begin April. They owe us $1867.70

It Is today May 18.2011 and we've not obtained a check, but more to the point I've named their telephone number and obtain a note declaring the mail is complete, every time I keep a callback amount but haven't gotten a phone. I also tried contacting Jennifer O'Leary at joleary@sterlingmutual.com but which was delivered as "Undeliverable".
