Apprehensive then angry

So I got this call today from Officer Kevin, couldn't understand the last name, from the Department of Bureau and Investigation. When I talked to him he said there was a lawsuit filed against me for an unpaid payday loan n the amount of $300. Very heavily indian accent, I could barely understand a word he said, then got transferred to another guy, their legal representative, who informed me of my address, bank info ssn workplace and all, told me not to interrupt, and explained what it was about.

He said I had an unpaid loan that hd tried to be collected, never gave a date, and that since the funds could not be collected that the lawsuit was filed by the company against me and that I would need to hire a lawyer and go to court. He also said that he would be sending the paperwork to the state attorney generals office and I would have to deal through the courts and if found I owed the money would have to pay hefty legal fees on top of the money owed.

I let him know that I never received the funds, in fact I've been denied every payday loan applied for, and I would not pay back for funds I never received. He again informed me of the actions he was taking and then of all things told me to have a nice day.

This really angers me, so I certainly plan to close my bank account and open a new one, as well as report this to the police. I feel violated and aggrevated. Especially since this comes at a time when I'm financially strapped. The last thing I need is another bill I can't afford when I'm trying to get into a new place as well.
