Bad joke, truly a rip off

I paid extra for the quick approval for my high credit line without interest. One month later I got a catalog in the mail called First National Credit. I was lead to believe that this was a major credit card, not a membership package to a catalog. I have called (long distance) and did not get an answer and cannot log onto their website to get my money back. This was truly a rip off.
