After 3 1 hour phone calls and 2 supervisors, My policy has been cancelled because no one knows how to do their job at this place! They kept on telling ME my payment was applied to my account when it wasnt. They're trying to stick me with a doctor bill that they dont want to pay! When I called today after a very frustrating conversation, Pamela J. Hung up on me after 45 minutes of holding time because she has no business being a supervisor at a call center!
