Check didnt go through and took it out of my account and the guy hung up on me when I called him and told him what happened and now he wont answer!

I received a check from the Frank Baker with Retail Monitor Administration INC, and that I named him to trigger it and that I transferred it in my own consideration and that I got the cash out and did when I was designed to do. I visited the financial institution to obtain some cash and also the check didnt obvious plus they got it out of my consideration which leaves my consideration virtually destroyed! I subsequently named Joe to inform him what occurred and he hung-up on me after which I called back and he wouldnt solution! And so I am creating a criticism after searching it-up on the web!
