Ripoff! Took money but there's no credit card as promised

I was called and told about spending $279 for all fees and set up of a $3000.00 credit card to re-establish credit. They took the money from my account on December 2. I awaited my credit card, Christmas came and went and no card.

So I called them, they said a package was sent for me. When they package arrived there was another form to fill out, I called and they explained do that and my card would arrive in 10 days. No card appeared, so I called them again and demanded to know what was going on. They said my card would be there on Friday, January 30.

No card was sent just some paperwork for a pre-paid credit card that they wanted more money for. Today I am going to my bank and have them credit back the ACH withdrawal. I feel like a fool and have learned if it sounds too good to be true, it is!!
