Ripoff very quick to sue people

Do not go with first preimeir bank they are a scam a rippoff eveything that is bad in the credit industry. I signed up with them while I lived in PA they charged me $187 to open the account which left me with $72 available I used the card for a while then when I fell behind they attemped to take a pay ment of out of my chacking with out my premission. I called them up but they would not give me credit for it. Now that my account is out of hand DUE TO THE LACK OF THEM PERSUING COLLECTION EFFORTS FOR 6 MONTHS. They are now threating civil action in court. So far I am in a settle ment with them. If there is anyone who can help me please repsond.
