Worst Service and Not following procedure and their own terms

I started the move 2 nights before and that I specified the full time to phone (based on them IST) for KYC. They've named me at unusual instances when I am not about. They never named me at that time i specified. I've sent them around 10 times. I tested their site to talk. But talk fails. The url is damaged. Their toll-free amount doesn't function. It never bands and that I haven't got an effective reaction for my emails. I have to send cash quickly. I had been an ICICI client and desired to provide this a go, but I've shot myself within the base using this method. The deal continues to be imminent and that I have not noticed something. I am this near to completing case against them as I've examined almost all their conditions and terms plus they have not complied to something till day.
