Cross Check Collections agency continuously calls me day in and day out with threats. I purchased furniture from Home Furniture store in Baton Rouge with a no credit check option. One of my checks went through and the last two did not. I made a payment to Cross check and now owe the balance of $419.83 & they harass me over and over with idle threats!!! They have different reps calling me saying they will have me arrested unless I pay or turn the furniture in to them!!! I have informed them that I will make the balance payment in a few weeks, but they still harass me!!! They even threaten me with jail time!!! Help!!!
