Not being able to prove that the bill is yours

I acquired a notice in the "Fantastic" organization, declaring that I owed the 50.54. I don't owe this quantity. They suggest that it's a statement from BMG Music Companies. I've NEVER had a merchant account with this particular organization. After I call-in to allow subsequently realize that I've never had a merchant account they immediately need me to provide them my informaiton. They need my tackle and telephone #. Why must I need to provide them with these details. The very best component is when this statement was accured I'd another lastname and that I existed in a differnet handle. So Just How could it be they've today discovered me, and yet they need me to inform all of them my own data. Seriously something must be done.
