Billed my credit card then didnt produce what was promised to me and wont credit my card

Ehome profit seemed legit with Jason talking and Michelle telling you on the internet how she made money from home. I signed up and gave my credit card number and I was charged the next day for $124.00. I got my password but nothing else came. No link nothing. I called them back the next week and demanded my card to be credited. I was told that it takes 7-10 business days to credit a credit card. I argued with the guy but it got me nowhere. This is day 10 and no credit yet.
What else can I do?
