In 2007 National Recreation Parks, Inc. Sold land 20 - 50 times the actual value. Purchasers/victims were lead to believe that the value was $20K to $90K (depending on location).

Without advising their victims/purchasers, NRPI transferred the loans granted (deed of trust) to Capital Source Paradiso Holdings, who are now receiving payments via Concord Servicing Corp, P.O. Box 29352, Phoenix, AZ 85038.

They are receiving payments for land of no value.

Hence:-Preditory lender/realtor Victims/purchasers with high loan balances for land of no value.
