CAPITAL GRANT took our money and provided ZERO service — phones unanswered — emails not responded to

We were called repeatedly before we agreed to pay the $2500 deposit toward grant application help.
Once we paid the funds, we NEVER received a single call to help or request anything at all.
Many months later, the phones started not being answered then the lines were disconnected.
Emails were initially replied to but those soon stopped being responded to in any way.
We are interested in following up on this matter with any legal authority who has any jurisdiction.
If there are any others who have been scammed — and from looking at the reports here, it appears that there are several — please feel free to contact us at.
Places like this who steal from folks who need help should be stopped and any funds paid in should be returned with interest and penalties for wasted time.
