Union workers credit service
Offerd a Platinum card membership w/a guarnteed $10,000.00 limit. Ask for a $37 annual member fee that would be fully refunded. I never received any of what was promised & denied my refund of the $37as

I'm furious re guarding being ripped off by the UNION WORKERS CREDIT SERVICE. I mailed them the $37 for the annual fee that would be refunded after making your first purchase. I NEVER received any of the information or materials promised in their offer. After trying to contact them re guarding this they told me I was not even in thier system and there was nothing I could do, and I would not be refunded my money because I was not in their system. Even though I had a approval # which the automated service recognized, but the customer service rep.insisted I was not in their system. I asked her why did the automated service recognized the number and could locate me, but she could not. Her response was "I CAN'T HELP YOU GOODBYE"

This company steals money from people whom I'm sure work hard for it, and these people have no moral conscience in stealing money from people. People that I'm sure dont always have that extra $37 but find a way to get it. (like I did) In there presentation of their services there were many offers I could of benifited from being a single parent living on a fixed income. How these people that work for this company sleep at night is a mistery.

I hope other people look into these type of offers before sending money or a signature. I wish I had. A lesson learned the hard way. I will never make this kind of mistake again. This company will get what is coming to them. Carma is a bitch!
