Misquoted Pricing

On Feb 24 I named AT&T to pack my current wireless support with u verse Web & Television. I had been cited a cost of $157 regular eliminating fees a-one period $29 service charge. After installation on March 15, I obtained my first statement March 21 & was billed $118 for Web & TV $98 for instant! After I asked they stated the consultant who cited me did not recognize I'd an iPhone which somewhat lifted my regular prices. No-fault of my very own, AT&T declined to recognize the initial estimate. Another instance of the horrible customer support that affects AT&T.
