Very cunning, slick and dishonest to American citizens

During the month of September I received a call from a company (Liberty Benefits) stating that I had been approved for a mastercard, with a credit limit of 4,000 dollars. Being that I had no credit cards in my possesion I decided to get one since it had been approved.

The customer service stated that there was no mistakes about the approval and I thought that this was a great way to build my credit up. I was ask several questions regarding income age and if I had a checking account? After answering the questions I was put on hold for about 15 seconds and customer service stated that yes Mr. Turner you are approved for 4,000 dollars; would you like a visa or a mastercard.

I said that a mastercard please. He then got my bank information inorder for this transaction to be completed. I was then told that this mastercard would be expressed to me in four to six weeks to date 11/30/01 I have not received the product that I was promised.

We trust that companies will do the right thing but apparently when we really don't have the neccessary information to make an evaulation of who were talking with then we really give power to these types of bad companies.

At any rate if my money can be returned to me and get this company exposed that no other people will lose money that they could be using for there family.
