Took my payments, lied about contacting clients, no return on phonecalls, flat out lied

Company said they would protect me from being garnished while i tried to get out of debt, they did little if anything at all to contact my cedit card company's, not knowing even how some of the credit card companys work.
For a company that tries to get people out of debt they certianly dont care to much as long as they get there money. Just four months into my stay with Homeland my wages were garnished making it almost impossible to make payments w/homeland, so then they simple cut me off instead of helping.

I talked to a law clerk w/homeland his response was "Well i dont know washington laws" IF YOU DONT know the laws dont offer a service there. He also told me there was little or nothing that could be done, thats not what quinn fredrikson told me when i signed up, i wanna know what her cut was from my money cause no other person could sleep know she was setting me up to get robbed.

I was told by the same Law clerk that it would take ten months for the cedit card to garnish the debt i owe them and that is a common practice, to let one CC company garnish so no others can then nogotiate with the others, why didnt you tell me that before i started the program, oh yeah cause i wouldnt have joined.

THANKS HOMELAND you managed to fill out some paperwork for me and screw me out of close to 800 dollars and for nothing at all thanks, i still get phonecalls, i still get mail, and they never stopped. Thanks again homeland
