Poor service

These folks do not understand what they're doing. I've a loan, plus they as keeping the mortgage on my house are said to be providing the loan, but every year I've to combat together to pay for the fees about the loan despite the fact that they gather Escrow for that objective. The Escrow division particularly Jackie, who's a African American and who's impolite, belligerent and just plain silly. She's no idea of customer support, and that's my greatest criticism with this specific so-called ‘organization’. I'd not perform a mortgage together again when they were the only real sport around. I'd rather stay under a stone, than need to cope with these idiots because they do anything-but customer support.
