USAA Mastercard, and American Express
False and deceptive advertising

On or around the 15th of April I obtained two presents from USAA Savings Bank to get a “Pre-Approved” USAA Platinum MasterCard, along with a “Pre-Approved” USAA American Express Card. I shipped both programs back again to USAA Savings bank-only simply because they explained that I had been “Pre-Authorized for both cards. If it hadn’t been for that, I probably might have tossed the programs within the garbage. On October 27 USAA Savings bank delivered me a notice informing me they disapproved my software for that Platinum MasterCard, and on October 28 they delivered me another notice stating I had been disapproved for that American Express Card. I think about this fake, deceptive, and deceptive marketing. Today I've two damaging Questions displaying on my credit history. USAA prays on military people just like a couple of birds, and really should be halted.
