Charging credit card each month without my consent, no products delivered

I requested one group of $2.00 bills in December I received the expenses. Today each month: January, February, and March New England Mint is getting my consideration 26.90 without agreement, and that I am not getting any product from their website. They'll not quit the costs! I'll need to shut my consideration to avoid further costs!
