Threatening to withdraw monies from our business checking account

Our business leased equipment, credit card and check reader, and have paid them off over four years ago.
Now SKS says that they have bought the leasing company, did a audit and found they we still owe them money.
They said that we can send them a check or they will just withdraw it from our checking account.
