Unauthorized deduction for Northern Leasing taxes

I had a lease for merchant processing with Northern Leasing... Total rip-off. Paid extra charges
during the life of my lease for taxes. I terminated this agreement 4-5 years ago. Had a charge to my account for $106.42 without any description. Received a recorded message that indicated a charge was coming but cut off the phone number. After the fact, I received a letter from SKS indicating that taxes were not collected and that I would be charged. Received the letter after the charge was already deducted.

I contacted the Client Services Dept. (866-286-8841) to say that this contract had been terminated years ago and that I did, in fact, pay charges during the life of that lease for taxes. He indicated that my money would be refunded within 7-10 business days. Waiting to see.
