T=claim that he was able to sell our property for a profit ask us for 10 K for repairs, and promissed he had buyer line up to flip the property, he is involved in Identetity teft for loans with banks, so dont give him the keys of your property, money or you personal information, he will still it from you, he is well manered and a charmer, but dont be full, he is an illegal alien from Ecuador, (so he says) he might be Colombian, goes with several different names Daniel, Nico, Nick, Nicolasl, all this you can verify he has no legal documents to be in the US
This not only cost us an exorbitant amount of money but also got us in trouble by making us loose our property and our money. This guy is nothing short of a blatant criminal who hides behind his charm and makes his living purely by promising people services, stealing their money and then never delivering on his promises.

Whatever you do, do not become another of this crook's victims by falling prey to his scams and fraudulent claims. It is absolutely asinine that this man still has nerve to continue pretending to be a anything other than a crook, after all the people he's screwed over.
