Denial of loan for no good reason

Went for HELOC loan. Am a health care provider, hi credit score, home, no credit debt, and am more than 55 years old. They requested to get a silly quantity of data beyond what's typical. Given that they couldnt locate any apparent reason behind refusal, they began to take a look at my exercise. I'm not-self employed but own the building the exercise in in. Building has been rented (more than 20 years) and it has collateral. No late lease or fees. Within their excellent knowledge the mortgage officials at PNC determined that I really could not manage to pay for the mortgage about the building and also the house equity mortgage from my income - dahhhh, that's why it's hired!!! Perhaps easily created the cash that the PNC government makes it wouldnt be considered a dilemma! It never happened to these third-grade lender fools that you have to do is market the developing or get another lessee!!! I'm as if they discriminated against me because of my era though I can't show it.
