Ripoff

I signed up in june and they took out $39.75 for 4 weeks out of my bank account and said they would send me my cards in about 10 days that would have been in the first of aug. But nothing came then when i called them they told me it was lost and thy would send me another card and i should get it the 10th of oct. But again nothing and i called again adn they said it will be sent again and i should get it the first week of nov. But nothing then i called again and they said it was sent to the wrong address andi would get it dec. 22nd but again nothing so i called again and they said it was damage and they would send me some more and they would send $300. Bonse and i should get it jan. 16th but i have still have not received it now when i try and cal; them the line is always busy and i can not get to talk to any one. Thank You i hope this helps.
