Poor service and messed up taxes

We visited H & R stop this past year and we obtained a notice from government that people owe 891.00. Whenever we visited H & R stop they unearthed that they screwed up and skipped study w2s and yet they'll not spend the 891.00 even tho admitt they all messed up. It required theo 14 days to react to any telephone calls as well as their plan claims they'll purchase albitatary and yet they'll not provide us details about it. I can't believe that they're not held responsible for thier steps, they're signing because we signal the fees we decided to it.
