My name is charles and i am angry and frustrated, i have been lied and have been robbed. On the 4th of november i recieved a telephone call at around 5.00 in the aftenoon, from a gentlemen called alex santana ext 220, offering me an unsecured credit card for $1000 dollars perfect i thought as i have lived in europe for the last 7 years so i have no credit rating he said it would cost $187 dollars and i would also recieve a free phone.

Well it is now the 22nd january and still no card. I spoke to someone last week at 416-542-1611 who said my card had been ent. I just recieved another application from them for a secured credit card with orchard bank, what can you believe this mess. I have phoned over and over again spoke to managers dorothy but every one lies. They took my money out of my account on the 17th november. What do i do, i want my money back or an unsecured credit card. This sort of thing should not be allowed, i am not a wealthy man and work hard for my money. Surely there is somebody out there who can help.
