WFCB-HSN commited fraud against me, falsely billed

World Finance Capital Bank is the credit card comapnay for HSN (Home Shopping Network)

I returned all merchandise to HSN to teh tune of $96.85 and $26.90.

However, WFCB kept th epaymnet I didn't owe and charged me a late fee and finance charges on the money I don't owe

They are governed by FDIC I hope they don't get to rip another innocent consumer off.
