Trying to contact for sales tax info

I suppose this is not a complaint but I hope that I can figure out how to contact amazon mktplace pmts amzn.com/bill, wa this is as it is listed on my statement. I just want to find out if my purchases in 2010 had utah sales tax included or any other sales tax so i know if i need to calculate a use tax. If there was a sales tax and it is less than utah then i still need to pay the difference
