Tiffany Pearson Trying to collect money I don't owe

I have been getting calls from someone who calls herself Tiffany Pearson from Loan Point USA. She keeps telling me that I owe for an internet payday loan that I know I did not make. I have received voice mails from her, a collection letter and in today's mail I received something that looks like their "internet contract" with my IP address. I have told her repeatedly to stop calling me and that I do not owe them any money.

Prior to those calls starting, I was getting calls from some middle eastern sounding gentleman telling me that he was calling from "California Law Firm" and that there were arrest warrants out for me for wire fraud, bank fraud, and some other silly sounding things and that if I didn't take care of the money I owe them that day, they would be coming for me. He even called my boss, and I have no idea how he got that number.

I am beginning to wonder if these calls are related because shortly after I gave the first caller a good chewing out, I began getting the calls from "Tiffany."

I am not going to pay them anything because I did not borrow from them. Furthermore, the state I live in does not regulate internet payday loans, making them illegal, which means they cannot sue me. I have told this to "Tiffany" several times and I've even told her to sue me.

Someone please help me make these people go away.
