They lie cheat and steel

I was hired at compass national and worked 2-21-11 to 2-23-11 and was supposed to be pail a hourly wage plus bonus for each deal when they laid me off they told me they would send my check out on 2-26-11 never got it. How can any body trust a company that does business this way.
