Fraudulently ripped me off for $29.95

While viewing my checking account on 2/10 I found a "check" written from my account for $29.95. It was cashed by Bank Of America and deposited into an account there. I tried to contact the number on the fraudulent check but there's only a recording and of course I've never received a reply in over 2 weeks. When checking in the reverse online services I noticed that numerous individuals around the country have also had this happen.

Now I am forced to close my account and have to open a new account at my cost. I am disappointed in my Credit Union for not picking this error up. On the front of the check which has 6 numbers it states "No Signature Required" which should have alerted my bank. Hopefully, this company will be caught.
