I got financing from that bank against my commertial plaza and compensated primary and a pursuit promptly during 3 years. One evening I finded out, they attempting to foreclose my property. When I approached them, they described, that the mix-up has heppend. Next month I heve been offered with foreclosure documents again. I employed an attorney. I settled about $10,000.00 in appropriate costs to maintain my property. That is craizy. This bank along with a supervisers don't have any fundamental knowledge about nothing. All of them perform stupid. Do not cope with Imperial Capital Bank.
