I purchased a U.S. Military valuable view from Vietnam-ended up to be always a fake. Ebay might do-nothing, PayPal might do nothing so because it was a scam I thought I Would try arguing the cost. After I delivered my details in two times as informed from the diputes people I acquired the the problematic claims supervisor & he explained you keep submitting all of this paperwork etc-yes that is what I asked the team about but was informed to complete it. Following the supervisor got snooty I requested for his supervisoe which he explained might do-no great. I eventuallt spoke to some good woman and quit a speech concept for Tag of the Government Reaction panel, who returned the cash but stated when the vendor created powerful evidence they'd need to return him but I'd be informed first. Feb/1/11 they required the cash without notice and stated it had been mainly since I'd not delivered them back (they'd stated to not within their notice) and today they need more evidence it's a phony than before. I have submitted a using the omsbudman and also the bank omsbudman but I actually donot believe Capital One Europe wishes spending clients, they would like to assist Vietnam succeed by selling reproductions.
